Category:Shipwrecks in the Great Lakes is itself a category within Category:Shipwrecks of the United States. — Robert Greer (talk) 18:35, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
Please clarify
[edit]- workhorse (twice) - does it mean tugboat or just a cargo ship?
- what's that arch-like thing on the side? NVO (talk) 19:15, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
- The term workhorse appears twice because the lead is a summary of the article. Shipwreck historian Fred Stonehouse called the Comet a workhorse because she was originally built as a steam barge. Her upper deck for passengers was built later. The arches are supporting trusses connected to the wooden deck. --Wpwatchdog (talk) 13:55, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
